As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) , you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, platform adoption, and long-term value realisation for ValuationXchange and PaymentXchange, a core product within our portfolio. You will serve as a trusted partner to banks, valuation firms, real estate agencies and real estate stakeholders by ensuring seamless onboarding, proactive engagement, responsive issue resolution, and structured feedback loops. Your work will directly contribute to customer retention, product advocacy, and revenue growth .
