Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Manager, based in Singapore with the flexibility to work partially from home. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining and improving relationships with clients, ensuring customer retention, and providing exceptional service. The role also involves analyzing customer needs, providing solutions, and collaborating across internal teams to address client requirements effectively.
