Customer Success Manager

Role

Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Executives to build strong client relationships, drive successful adoption of our security solutions, and grow revenue through retention and expansion while providing sales and technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage the Customer Success Executives team to meet departmental goals.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and engagement.
• Identify and pursue upselling, expansion, and new project opportunities.
• Monitor adoption, provide proactive support, resolve issues, and act as main client contact.
• Oversee new customer onboarding, prepare regular reports, and collaborate with other teams.

Requirements
