We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CX Manager to join our team and take charge of managing our wholesale partners. As a CX Manager, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our wholesale partners, ensuring their satisfaction, and maximizing their business outcomes. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as a dedicated point of contact for our wholesale partners, driving growth, and fostering long‑term partnerships.

- Manage and nurture relationships with wholesale partners within pod, serving as their primary point of contact for all inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Develop a deep understanding of partners’ campaigns, strategies, and challenges, and proactively provide solutions and recommendations to ensure the successful execution of their campaigns.
