Customer Success Manager

About the Role

In this commercially oriented Customer Success role, you will partner closely with manufacturing customers using Roima’s PLM, ERP, MOM, and eCommerce solutions. Your mission is to ensure customers realize continuous value, deepen engagement, and expand their footprint with Roima’s products and services. The role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of customer collaboration, business development, and technology.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of discrete manufacturing customers using Roima’s solutions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, adoption, and measurable value realization.
• Identify upsell, cross‑sell, and renewal opportunities in collaboration with senior sales and product teams.
