Job Description

Schedule: 6PM - 2PM EST (7AM - 3PM PH time)

Days: Sunday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday (Mondy & Wednesday off)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and Calendly appointments

  • Provide accurate info about courses, schedules, and enrollment

  • Manage leads: follow up, guide, and support until registration

  • Conduct Zoom consultations with prospective students

  • Keep records updated in internal systems

  • Coordinate with the team for smooth student onboarding

Required Skills & Qualities:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal & written); Spanish is a plus

  • Empathetic and approachable personality that makes clients feel comfortable and valued

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries and follow-ups simultaneously
