Job Description
Schedule: 6PM - 2PM EST (7AM - 3PM PH time)
Days: Sunday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday (Mondy & Wednesday off)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and Calendly appointments
Provide accurate info about courses, schedules, and enrollment
Manage leads: follow up, guide, and support until registration
Conduct Zoom consultations with prospective students
Keep records updated in internal systems
Coordinate with the team for smooth student onboarding
Required Skills & Qualities:
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal & written); Spanish is a plus
Empathetic and approachable personality that makes clients feel comfortable and valued
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries and follow-ups simultaneously
