The Role
You will work directly with our Head of Customer Success and Senior Leadership to ensure our customers have an exceptional experience with our teacher and tutor products. We're looking for a star who can understand our users' needs and make a massive contribution.
Your Experience
- Proven experience in a customer success or similar role, ideally within the EdTech or SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of customer support practices and conflict resolution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal teams.
- A minimum of 1 year in a customer-facing role.
