Job Description
We’re looking for a talented and passionate Customer Success Specialist (Market Expert) to join Certta’s international Customer Success team, supporting strategic accounts and driving customer growth across North America.
As a Customer Success Specialist , you will play a key role in ensuring our customers achieve measurable business outcomes through Certta’s identity and fraud prevention solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, combining strong market expertise with a proactive customer‑first mindset.
What you’ll do
- Own and manage a portfolio of strategic customers, ensuring high retention and satisfaction
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers
- Drive onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success plans aligned with customer goals
- Identify opportunities for upsell, cross‑sell, and account expansion
- Monitor customer health, product usage, and performance metrics
