Customer Success Specialist (German)

As a Customer Success Specialist, your job is to make sure we are meeting and/or exceeding customer’s expectations with our products and solutions. You will develop an in-depth understanding of our Fluke Premium Care Key Account customers and their business needs/goals allowing you to identify upsell opportunities and preserve recurring revenue.

You will help craft the Fluke's customer success strategy, by building strong relationships with Fluke customers and collaborating with cross-functional teams internally to deliver excellent customer experiences.
