Job Description
Answering chat messages and emails, the Junior Customer Success Specialist is Treatwell’s go-to contact for customers and salon partners. As an expert on all things Treatwell, you’ll be confident in supporting and answering a range of questions, from how to use our salon software, to addressing concerns about treatments and online bookings.
You’re highly efficient, able to manage multiple tasks at once, while still maintaining a positive attitude and friendly service in every interaction you have. This is a full-time on-site role working in an international environment from our lovely Athens office.
Working hours for this position will be Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
