Job Description
The Customer Success Specialist is responsible for ensuring effective onboarding, support, and ongoing satisfaction of clients utilizing Electronic Health Records (EHR) software. This role supports both technical and non-technical aspects of the client experience, including internal support, user training, basic testing, and process optimization. The Customer Success Specialist serves as a key liaison between client staff and internal teams, ensuring the EHR solution is used efficiently and effectively.
