Job Description: We are hiring a Marathi-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Penang, Malaysia. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone , delivering excellent service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is a required

• Proficiency in Marathi and English (spoken and written) is required.

• Prior experience in customer service, call center, or BPO is preferred.

• Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts , including weekends and public holidays.
