Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Success Specialist to join our team! You will be the first point of contact, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Review and validate orders through entry process (automated), order processing;
  • Confirms orders to customers;
  • Opens engineering change requests as needed;
  • Follows-up and review ECO information;
  • Escalating issues to specialized teams;
  • Tracks orders with the planning and shipping team to meet customer needs;
  • Product forecasts/alignment with protect revenue quota;
  • Authorizes the return of material; Resolving complaints or technical issues;
  • Completes orders for production made externally;
