About The Job

+ Manage end-to-end implementation and training processes for HotelRunner PMS and Channel Manager products

+ Provide fast, solution-oriented, and clear responses to customer requests

+ Execute support and implementation processes in line with defined SLA timelines

+ Accurately track and document all processes through Salesforce CRM

+ Foster strong cross-functional communication and collaboration across teams

+ Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction and follow up with post-process feedback

+ High school or Bachelor's degree graduate
