Salary range:
$1200 - $1600 (including commissions)
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Make outbound calls to past clients and sphere of influence to nurture relationships and deliver excellent service.
● Reconnect with stale and lukewarm leads to spark new interest and opportunities.
● Qualify prospects and arrange next-step conversations (sales, purchases, or consultations).
● Keep client records accurate and organized in Follow Up Boss (CRM).
● Communicate proactively with clients, ensuring timely and professional follow-ups.
● Adjust your approach to confidently engage with high-end and sophisticated clients.
● Show initiative in managing daily tasks and maintaining smooth workflows.
● Share feedback and insights on lead quality, client interactions, and emerging trends.
