Our client is a growing USA based Managed IT Services firm seeking a mature, client-facing professional to serve as the first point of contact for business clients while also supporting sales operations and relationship development.
This role combines client support, ticket coordination, and proactive sales assistance. Professional presence and natural spoken English are critical.
