Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls politely and professionally
• Make simple outbound follow-up calls
• Take messages and schedule appointments
• Provide basic information to callers

Requirements

• Near-native / perfect English with a clear American accent
• Strong phone etiquette
• Reliable internet and quiet workspace
• Friendly, calm, and professional on the phone
• Experience as receptionist, call center agent, or customer support
