We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Customer Support Advisor to join our growing team at Sufio.
In this role, you’ll provide first-level support to our global users and work closely with our European-based team. You’ll help our customers have an excellent experience with our app by solving problems, offering guidance, and representing our values with empathy and professionalism.
This is a remote contractor position, ideal for someone who enjoys working with international teams and providing exceptional customer service.
