Purpose of the Role
At Xogito we are looking for enthusiastic Customer Support Agents to join our team.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience by providing excellent service and resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
The ideal candidate would be a strong communicator with the ability to respond thoughtfully and professionally across digital platforms.
You should also be tech-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft Office and other business applications with ease. You should also be someone that has a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and understands how to support clients while identifying opportunities to contribute to sales growth.
