email, live chat, and Facebook Messenger
.

What you'll do

• Respond to customers across email, chat, and Messenger
• Solve order issues and product questions with empathy and clarity
• Keep a professional, friendly tone even in difficult conversations

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering outstanding customer service
• Strong written and verbal English
• Comfortable communicating online (clear writing, good tone, strong judgment)
• Willing to work the
  graveyard shift (10pm to 6am Manila time)
• Typing speed
  80 WPM+
• Stable internet connection (
  50 Mbps download / 15 Mbps upload minimum
  )

Nice to have

• Shopify and/or Gorgias experience (helpful, not required)
