Become a part-time Customer Support Representative with Shakepay, working remotely from Canada. Provide exceptional support and help customers navigate our services seamlessly.
This contract spans 3 months with an expected commitment of 10 hours weekly, increasing to 20 hours initially. You'll utilize your customer support experience to manage inquiries, provide technical assistance, and ensure account accuracy. Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers via chat/email for support
• Approve e-Transfer accounts and handle transactions
• Assist with KYC (Know Your Customer) requests
• Relay ongoing feedback to improve customer experience
• Mitigate issues related to unusual account activities
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year of customer support experience
