This is a hands-on functional leadership role. You will actively participate in daily customer support while also ensuring the Helpdesk and operational processes run smoothly and independently.
You will handle complex customer cases directly and serve as the operational checkpoint, ensuring quality, consistency, accountability, and execution across support and logistics workflows.
Working hours: PDT (Los Angeles Time), with a one-hour break.
