Customer Service Executive – ANZ Market (B2B)
Location: Kuala Lumpur (KL Sentral)

Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: Rotational Shift between 4:00 AM – 8:30 PM
Salary Package: RM 4,000 – RM 4,500 Basic + KPI Incentive up to RM 500/month
Language Requirement: English Proficiency – C1 Level
Job Responsibilities
Handle B2B customer service support for the ANZ market through outbound calls and emails.
Manage relationships with authorized sellers, distributors, and business partners.
Analyze sales performance and operational trends of assigned sellers/accounts.
Provide recommendations and business support to improve seller performance and operations.
Assist partners with product inquiries, account concerns, and system-related issues.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and process improvement.
