What you'll do
As a
Part-Time Customer Support Assistant (Night Shift Mon–Fri, 18:00–24:00 GMT-4)
, you'll be our frontline contact outside regular business hours. You'll ensure merchants get fast, clear, high-quality support while the rest of the region sleeps. You'll resolve common issues, document everything precisely, spot patterns, and help improve our support resources and product feedback loop.
