We are excited to launch our new delivery center in Palompon and are looking for individuals with good written communication skills to join our pioneer team as Customer Support Associates. You will be providing email and chat support for our global clients, helping solve customer issues from right here in Leyte.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and timely customer support through email and live chat channels.
• Troubleshoot basic customer issues, answer product/service inquiries, and process requests according to guidelines.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the ticketing system.
