Location: Fairview Terraces

We are hiring Customer Support Associates for a US Telco account at our Fairview Terraces site.

Job Description

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries related to telco products and services
  • Provide clear, accurate, and professional customer support
  • Resolve basic customer concerns in accordance with company guidelines
  • Properly document customer interactions
  • Meet quality and performance standards

Qualifications

  • At least High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Language proficiency equivalent to B2 CEFR level
  • Willing to work onsite at Fairview Terraces
  • Willing to work shifting schedules, including holidays if required

Experience

  • No prior customer service experience required
