Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Customer Support & Document Specialist to serve as a key point of contact for prospective clients and their families. This role combines inbound and outbound phone support, client onboarding, document coordination, and quality assurance to ensure a smooth, compliant, and compassionate client experience from first contact through onboarding completion.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound phone calls professionally and courteously

Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, responding to inquiries and providing accurate information about our services

Conduct initial caregiver and client interviews to gather relevant information regarding needs, preferences, and eligibility
