About the role

We are looking for an exceptional Customer Support Coordinator (Procurement) to join our team at Heap Wah Barakah Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This full-time role will see you playing a vital part in supporting our procurement operations and work closely with the sales team to ensure efficient and cost-effective procurement of materials and supplies.

What you'll be doing

1. Prepare purchase orders, quotation, requisitions and other procurement-related documentation
2. Liaise with customers and suppliers to coordinate order processing, delivery and follow-up
3. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
4. Support the coordination of logistics and transportation for procurement activities
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that purchasing activities align with the company's operational requirements
