Based in our vibrant Robina Office on the Gold Coast, you'll work within the busy Pre-Site Operational Customer Support team supporting your Metricon customers through their pre build process. You will work closely internally with Drafting, Estimating, and Permits to get them to site. Reporting to the Contracts, Permits & Covenant Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
  • Effectively manage your customer expectations and ensure they are aware on the status of their home during the pre-construction process
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, build and maintain customer relationships
