Job Description

Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support & Operations Coordinator within the Telematics / Vehicle Tracking industry. The role involves serving as the primary point of contact for customers, managing onboarding, handling support requests, and coordinating with internal technical and operations teams to ensure timely issue resolution and high customer satisfaction.
The Customer Support & Operations Coordinator will be responsible for logging and tracking customer issues, monitoring service performance, assisting customers in effectively using telematics features, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across accounts.
Experience: 2 to 3 Years (Telematics / GPS Tracking Industry)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: PKR 80K - 100K (based on experience)
Qualification and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field
