Job Role - Technical Support Associate

Location - Malad, Mumbai.

Working Days - 6 days a week | 1 week-off

CTC - Up to 4.80 LPA

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls for products used on site.
• Provide guidance with regards to Adhesives, waterproofing and Construction chemicals
• Understand customer requirements and provide recommendations for the same
• Resolve product-related queries

Qualifications

• Degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 1 year experience into Site/ Civil Engineering
• Strong verbal communication skills
