Customer Support Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Install and commission new machine and kit at end user facilities.
2. Carry out machine and kit buy-off process as per end user requirement.
3. Conduct machine operation and maintenance training to end user.
4. Provide on-site and off-site technical support to end user.
5. Feedback machine and kit matter and end user input to HQ through JIRA system for continuous improvement.
6. Update machine and kit status to HQ through JIRA for progress tracking and KPI purposes.
7. Priority working experiences with Tester Equipment, Turret Equipment, pick and place.

Requirements

1. Min Degree/Diploma holder or 2-4 years working experience in related industry.
2. Good command of Mandarin, English and Malay written and spoken communication skills.
