Job Description

Our Client, a BioTech company, is looking for a Customer Support Engineering – 10 for their Sparks, NV location. Responsibilities:

+ Perform a good first level analysis of non-conformances.

+ Verify all suspect product and maintain product test equipment.

+ Be the communication link between Customer Plant an Aptiv CSE will reside at customer facility.

+ Expedite non-confirming material back to Aptiv same day.

+ Provide technical support and system understanding.

+ Conduct/coordinate initial 24 hour containment.

+ Where required, coordinate additional containment.

+ Be an integral part of the response teams.

+ Write a weekly trip report.

+ Monitor/negotiate Global Customer Base Return Parts Per Million (PPM) rates.

+ Provide/coordinate special event activity.

+ Develop customer relationships in the plant to improve the product and maintain or increase the business...
