Customer Support Executive- Air Freight

Responsibilities

• Getting in contact with customer
• Asking for Delivery instructions
• Asking for Customs clearance Instructions
• Customs clearance under instructions of cnee/customer
• Preparing Transit documents
• Organizing transports
• Preparing accruals
• Careful maintenance of electronic files
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in related field
• Preferably with background in Freight forwarding/ Logistics industry
• Preferably with experience in AIR FREIGHT/ AIR SHIPMENTS
• Preferably with experience in PRICING & AIR CONSOLE
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Highly detail-oriented to inspect all inventory items and accurately prepare outgoing shipments for customers
• Willing to do 3AM- 12NN SHIFT (manila time)
