Primary Responsibilities:
Process customer orders and promptly respond to emails.
Handle customer inquiries and calls effectively.
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Address ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in customer service and support roles with international companies.
UK-market experience will be a plus.
Experience in order processing and order management.
Exceptional command of the English language, both written and spoken (mandatory).
