Responsibilities
Provide exceptional support to our customers through live chat and email, occasionally with outbound calls.
Obtain strong product knowledge in order to resolve customer's queries effectively.
Go the extra miles to understand customer's pain points and try to resolve in a timely manner.
Maintain good relationships with our customers and ensure their business success by using our products.
Manage and escalate bug reports and feature requests to the product team.
Work closely with the product and engineering team in resolving customer's technical issues.
