• Provide exceptional support to our customers through live chat and email, occasionally with outbound calls.
• Obtain strong product knowledge in order to resolve customer's queries effectively.
• Go the extra miles to understand customer's pain points and try to resolve in a timely manner.
• Maintain good relationships with our customers and ensure their business success by using our products.
