Job Description:
Deliver outstanding customer service over the phone promptly, while also fostering positive relationships with client
Sustaining friendly interactions during inbound calls, emails or live chats within a dynamic contact center environment
Assisting in educating customers about products & alternative digital banking platforms
Working Hours:
Schedule: 5 working days, 2 days off (rotational)
Working Hours: Rotational shift
Daily hours: 9 hours per day
Requirements:
SPM, Diploma/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent course
Strong command of ENGLISH & BAHASA MELAYU in both verbal & written communication (COMPULSORY)
Able to commit working on rotational shift to support international market
Strong phone contact handling skills & active listening skill.
