DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Assist in converting enquiries into sales opportunities
  • Assist in lead follow-up and tracking in coordination with the sales team
  • Maintain and update customer databases and records
  • Prepare and share customer feedback reports
  • Maintain documentation related to customer communication and support logs



QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:


  • Graduate in any discipline; a background in business, marketing, or communications is preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support
