Job Description

                    Position: Customer Service x3  Working Days: 5 days 
Working Timing: Weekdays 10am - 8pm / Weekends 10am - 5pm / Public holidays 12pm-5pm 
Working Location: Jurong East || Yishun || Tampines || Hougang 
Salary: $2,500 - $3,200 
 Requirement  At least 1 year of experience in customer service and sales 
 Job Responsibilities  Processing of credit applications and managing overall documentations required 
Acquire and manage portfolio of customers 
Gather customers’ documents and onboarding procedures 
Enhance relationships with customers to customise loan product solutions 
Manage credit and operational risks proactively 
Provide advice on financial solutions that are tailored to customers’ needs and objectives 
Interpret customers’ needs, risk and financial objectives 
Identify suitable loan packages that fit customers’ objectives
