Customer Support for Telco Tech Account

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. This is a full-time role that will see you providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our valued clients in the telecommunications industry.

What you'll be doing

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email and chat channels
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our clients' telecommunications products and services
• Provide product information and guidance to customers to ensure they get the most out of our solutions
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of all cases
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate subject matter experts
• Continuously expand your product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments
