Job Title: Customer Support Representative

Location: Johar Town, Lahore

Position Overview:
Seeking a Customer Support Representative to deliver exceptional service and resolve inquiries promptly. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various customer issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Daily calls with the customers and resolve the queries
• Book 3–4 qualified appointments/day
• Follow scripts, handle objections, and keep lead sheets organised
• Identify prospects with low online presence or poor rankings

Qualifications:

• 4 months- 1 year experience of cold calling / outbound sales experience
• Education: Bachelor's Degree (Minimum)
• Proven appointment-setting results
• Good communication skills with strong spoken English and a professional attitude
• Reliable, consistent, and target-driven
