JOB VACANCY: CUSTOMER SUPPORT (E-HAILING MY/SG)

Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,500
Salary Package: Basic + OT + Incentives + Night Shift Allowance
Location: Iskandar Puteri

Job Scope:

• Handle inbound calls from customers (SG & MY market)
• Provide support and resolve customer inquiries professionally
• Assist customers with e-hailing app usage and service issues
• Follow SOP and escalate cases when required
• Update case details in the system

Working Hours:

• Rotational shifts
• Includes weekends & public holidays
• 6 days working per week (1 day off)

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (BM & ENGLISH)
• Able to work shifts, weekends & public holidays
• Basic computer knowledge
• Long-term & full-time commitment

Qualifications:

• SPM/ Diploma
• Fresh graduates are welcome
