Customer Support Partner (Hybrid Mode)

YOUR CHALLENGES Process operational transactions related to vending machines and other VMI (Vendor Management Inventory) services;
Work closely with Sales and Operations, as well as the clients. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Enter orders and data in different systems;
Carry out follow-ups on stockouts and work with Sales to find replacement solutions;
Process transactions using the ERP (quotes, orders, invoices) for our various VMI (Vendor Management Inventory) services;
Respond to customer requests via different channels (phone, email);
Add and update database information (new and existing customers);
Produce and analyze reports according to the needs;
Create new catalogues using the SafeStock portals and ensure their maintenance;
Participate in the installation and implementation of projects for new clients;
Keep a record of all customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints;
