Description

• Provide exemplary customer service through effective communication and resolution of inquiries.
• Assist customers with product information and services to enhance their experience.
• Manage scheduling and appointment bookings efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and achieve departmental goals.
• Maintain accurate records and assist in account management as required.

Requirements

• Must be graduate of any 4-year course
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Preferably with experience in customer service
• Willing to work 12-hr shifting schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
