You will be joining our team in the Albany Stadium Pool whose main goal is to inspire Aucklanders to be more active. You only get one chance to make a fantastic first impression and our CustomerSupport Team are the people that make it happen when Aucklanders visit our Centres.

Working as a Customer Support Representative, right from the first smile you will be responsible for ensuring an effective and professional frontline service to our diverse customer base, dealing with a wide range of inquiries, both face-to-face and on the phone.
