 We are the most popular internet destination for booking restaurant tables in Greece and Cyprus, and looking for a part time  customer support representative  to join our team. 
  Responsibilities: 
 Serving incoming calls and providing instant support to e-table users and restaurants
 Providing outbound services via phone and email
 Handling chat communications
 Report and escalate issues when necessary
 Always be updated with company’s product, promos and policy
  Requirements  : 
 Prior experience in customer service
 Strong communication skills
 Ability to communicate information and data in writing, so others will understand
 Good skills in computer and MS Office (word, excel)
 Fluency in Greek and good knowledge of English (oral and written)
 Ability to work under pressure
 Own laptop
