Job Title: Spanish & English Customer Support Representative with IT Background 
Location: Colombia (Remote) 
Salary: USD 500 to 700 per month 
Employment Type: Full-time Remote 
Working Hours: 3:00 AM to 12:00 PM Colombia Time 
Job Overview 
We are hiring a Customer Support Representative based in Colombia with a strong IT background to support customers in Spanish and English. This role requires technical understanding, data handling, and financial awareness, along with proven CSR experience. 
Key Responsibilities 
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Spanish and English
