Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Remote (LATAM)

Full-Time | 8 hours/day | $7–$8/hr + Commission

We're looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative
to join our team This is a performance-driven role with commission opportunities (2%+ per sale).

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and follow up with leads
• Schedule inspections and coordinate field technicians
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Support customers from inquiry to project completion

Requirements:

• 1–3+ years CSR or call center experience
• Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 level)
  – both required
• Experience with CRM systems
• Comfortable managing a high call volume
• Organized, reliable, and customer-focused

Preferred:

• Home services or construction experience
• Scheduling/dispatch experience
