Job Summary:

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Support Representative fluent in German and English to join our customer service team. You will be the primary point of contact for our German-speaking customers, ensuring a seamless, high-quality support experience across all communication channels. Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer support via email, chat, and phone in both German and English.
